If you are not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer options for store credit or an exchange to ensure you find the right strain-specific solution for your needs. RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, all items must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of your original purchase date. To ensure a smooth process, all returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, security seals, and labels intact. Whether you ordered a Lumi Gummies sample pack or a full jar of Granddaddy Sour OG, we require the product to be in its original state to qualify for a return.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return and ensure your request is handled quickly, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our dedicated customer service team at lumigummiesshop@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Once you have received your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase.

  3. Mail your return to the following authorized Lumi Labs facility:

San Francisco Bay Areas, CA.

Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your request for store credit or an exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item for us to finalize the inspection and processing. We will notify you via email as soon as your return has been officially processed.

EXCEPTIONS & DAMAGED GOODS

We take great pride in our packaging, but we understand that issues can occur during transit. For defective or damaged Lumi Gummies products, please contact us immediately at lumigummiesshop@gmail.com to arrange a direct replacement or exchange.

Please Note:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Returns are available if you do not receive a satisfactory product. A “non-satisfactory” product is defined as an item that is physically broken, leaking, or fails to activate/function as intended.

  • Replacements First: For defective products, we prioritize sending a high-quality replacement. Refunds are typically not available for defective items that can be successfully replaced with a new unit.
